Request a Nexus Diagnostic

Request an initial strategic view of a defined opportunity

Illustrative vision. Project-specific recommendations are developed through the proprietary MY NEXUS advisory framework.

The Nexus Diagnostic is a focused first-stage review intended to clarify whether deeper Work–Live ecosystem advisory may be justified.

01

Suitable opportunities

The request should relate to a reasonably defined site, development, district, employer requirement or institutional mandate. Early concepts are welcome when the strategic question is clear.

02

Information requested

Share non-confidential information about organisation type, location, project stage, opportunity type, current decision and preferred timing. Detailed documents should be exchanged only through an agreed confidential process.

03

Review and scoping

MY NEXUS will determine whether the request falls within its strategic scope and what information would be required. If appropriate, a separate scope, deliverables, programme and commercial proposal will be issued.

04

Nature of output

A Diagnostic provides high-level strategic observations and next-step considerations. It is not a valuation, feasibility certificate, technical design review, planning opinion or guarantee of viability.

05

Confidential method

The criteria and internal assessment method are proprietary. Public information describes the purpose of the Diagnostic rather than the questions, scores or analytical process used.
